On Wednesday, with nothing better to do, I spontaneously went rafting with a buddy. He had some giant inflatable raft, which took a while to pump up between 2 people… then it was off onto the lake.
It was pretty fun, just sat and paddled around for a bit. However, it was windy that day… and the current on the lake got the best of us. After repeated, futile attempts to reach the dock, we were ultimately pushed to the other side of the lake.
Eventually we made it back by enlisting the help of some more friends.
