On my SharkSkinz tail piece, the main, flat area where you sit seemed to be a weak point. I’m sure the fiberglass is strong enough to not split in half, but it does flex. Better safe than sorry, so I decided to lay down 2 sheets of fiberglass for reinforcement.

Hopefully this will add enough rigidity.
Did you overlay them so the weave is going the opposite way?
Nay, I should have… to be honest I don’t think the fiberglassing really made much difference, lol. I’m probably still going to stuff a roll of foam underneath the seat.
