With the new AiM dash poised and ready to go into the car, the factory cluster invariably must be removed. To preserve one of the enduring qualities of the car – its low mileage – I took the extra step of documenting the original odometer prior. This was performed on 10\/10\/2015 and shows where the mileage leaves off from. Once the AiM dash is installed, it has a built-in odometer that starts at 0 and cannot be altered or manipulated. I also plan on keeping the factory cluster as referential proof. <\/p>\n
