I use to work in the emergency at the local hospital (I will not even to bother mentioning where) and your experience is typical. The front desk is the worst. Only when you get an actual nurse assign to you will you see any progress to treat whatever injuries you sustained. The triage is very inconsistent.

don’t worry bro, chicks dig scars. =P but on a serious note, good to see that you’re still alive and well. like anything else, it COULD’VE been worse. i wish you the best for it and hope it heals within a reasonable amount of time if not soon. pretty gnarly picture btw. i was hesitant to check it out but i said “fck it”, it’s a blog. had to be something “good” (not really) that happened in there.
